A Tale of Two Employees
I have often said you don’t need to go to Business school to learn about business. You don’t need an MBA to learn about leadership. Just look around and you will find everyday lessons about best practices in business and leadership, and the worst ones too.
They say good help is hard to find. If that is true, maybe that is why there is so much bad help out there. You know what I mean; rude flight attendants, nasty restaurant servers, retail employees who could care less about satisfying the customer.
Every time I think I have met the worst employee in the world, I meet one who is even worse.
