United Airlines recently announced a new pet policy. (I guess they figured they needed one after all the pets they’ve killed or sent to the wrong country.)

But United missed the mark again.

Just as in their previous incidents (that I wrote about here, here and here), they think they have a policy problem, when in fact, they have a people problem. United’s employees view customers as cattle, not people. Cattle to be hauled from one place to another and to be squeezed in the cowshed until it is time to let them out.
