In Memoriam: Lowell “Jake” Jacobson

What the article doesn’t mention is after the Gila River flood, not only did Jake rebuild the railroad, but he rebuilt the town of Hayden as well. He was a hero to the town. Everywhere I went in Hayden were pictures of Jake the hero.
